Each executive will receive a compilation of
all findings in the lab work,
radiology scans, the physical
exam, and health assessment in a comprehensive report.
This report is an important corporate wellness program benefit
and will be provided by the physician during a one-on-one
consultation with the executive at the end of the physical
exam and health assessment which is performed at our internal
medicine practice in central Phoenix. The executive will
receive all of the results of the comprehensive health assessment
as well as counseling and education on how to manage existing
conditions as well as identified health risks to make better
health decisions for the future. The personalized report provides
advanced executive health and employee
wellness information to allow each individual to make
well informed health decisions.
The components in this Personalized
Executive Report include:
The
online health risk assessment which is a health assessment
test and profile, is an assessment of lifestyle, family
history, basic demographics, and personal history. This
report summarizes the health risks, health behaviors, and
medical and self-care patterns. The data focuses on health
risks that are modifiable thus allowing more effective corporate
health and wellness programming to better manage individual
health.
- Part of the employee
wellness and executive health assessment is the lab
review of the blood drawn at the work-site. Lab
work includes a complete
blood count, comprehensive
metabolic profile, complete
lipid profile, urinalysis,
thyroid panel, cardiac
risk markers, PSA
(as indicated), uric
acid, inflammatory markers,
and HgbA1C for diabetics
(if indicated). Other specific tests may be added by request.
- The three dimensional heart and lung scan
is a noninvasive and thorough exam utilized to identify
early disease findings, which indicate potential health
risk. The scan will be completed prior to the physical
exam and health assessment and results reviewed during
the comprehensive consult.
- Each participant in the executive health
services will receive a full physical
exam and health assessment at the medical facility.
The executive will complete: a treadmill stress test, scan
to evaluate total body composition including bone density,
percent body fat, lean body mass and hydration status, and
have a thorough physical
exam and health assessment completed by the physician.
