Phoenix Executive Health and Wellness, PLC.
was started by the principal partners of Medical Specialists,
Ltd. of Phoenix, Arizona. Medical Specialists is a 40 year
old internal medicine practice that has been working with
corporate executives and CEO's as patients for many years.
In recognition of the need for businesses to have a better
understanding of their population health issues and to be
able to play a more active role in assisting individuals to
improve their well-being, we have expanded our medical expertise
into the corporate assessment realm.
It is our goal to help individuals identify their own potential
for optimizing health, productivity, and happiness as well
as providing valuable data in a cohort statistical format
to assist companies in guiding benefit policy and cost management.
The purpose of Phoenix Executive Health and Wellness assessments
is not to replace any ongoing primary care relationship of
individuals with their physician; rather we wish to supplement
this relationship through authorized release of findings back
to the individuals' respective physician. The data gathered
during our assessment provides two purposes. The first is
to help individuals identify personal health issues and set
goals for improvement. The second is to provide contracting
companies with up-to-date, accurate data from which evidence
based decisions can be made and future projections developed
for effective planning.
