I apologize for any inconvenience the closing of our practice, Medical Specialists, has caused you. This is a very difficult time for all concerned.

I have been working with our staff to make the transition to my new practice as easy as possible. I appreciate your patience and understanding over the next few weeks and I thank you for your kindness and concern. I am pleased to inform you that I have been asked to join Internal Medicine of Arizona, a highly respected internal medicine practice that provides the highest quality of medical care. I look forward to working with Dr. Wayne Kuhl and Dr. Jeffrey Nebelsieck. The practice offers a full range of internal medicine care and ancillary services including laboratory, x-ray, ECG, and treadmill.

I am presently making the transition to the new office and plan to begin seeing patients at my new location on May 1, 2008. Please call Internal Medicine of Arizona to schedule your appointments.

The insurance plans that I will be contracted with are: Medicare, Great West PPO/One Health PPO, CCN PPO/First Health PPO/Coventry PPO, Cigna PPO, Arizona Foundation for Medical Care (AFMC), Mayo Health Plan AZ HMO/PPO, and BCBS PPO. I hope that all my patients will continue to see me at my new location even if you are on a plan that I am not contracted with. For those patients covered by other insurance companies, you will pay at the time of your visit and Internal Medicine of Arizona will file to your insurance company on your behalf and they will pay you directly.
